The Best Beauty Treatment I've Found

"Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the Lord; she shall be praised." - Proverbs 31:30

No bones about it, this scripture means exactly what it says. It's really self explanatory and true.

However, so many women do not grab hold to this truth. It is nice to be charming and glamorous, it is fine to "look good" and be pretty, but true appraisal and unchanging beauty is the gorgeousness of a woman whose heart is madly in love with her Maker. Now don't get me wrong, I like to look good as much as the next woman.

However, the best compliments I have ever received in my life were when people told me they saw God shining through me. It was when people told me I am beautiful because I have a beautiful spirit; not the times I was told I was such a pretty girl, or I was simply physically beautiful. So ladies, as we make our hair appointments, and as we apply our make-up, let's not neglect to make an appointment and apply nourishment to our excellent and incorruptible beauty - the beauty God specifically invested inside.
